Better known as 'The Abbot's House' or even better known as 'Freddie's', the name of the Chinese restaurant which traded here in the 1970s. This 17th-century house, one of the oldest in Drayton, is Grade II listed and described in https://www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1056083 . It is currently (June 2016) up for sale through local estate agents S&J with an OIRO price of £149,995.
