Seen outside a newsagent's shop on Bradshawgate in July 2007. For the benefit of future generations viewing this archive, an ASBO (Anti-social Behaviour Order) was a legal instrument issued by the courts to control people who were annoying their neighbours. At the time 12 years of age was considered to be a young age to receive an ASBO and therefore newsworthy.
