E-cigarettes and vaping supplies shop at 40 Market Jew Street, viewed in early June 2016. A May 2015 Google Earth Street View shows a black shopfront here and the name The Vape Shop. Rami's Takeaway is on the left. A Popular History of Cornish Place Names states that the name Market Jew is derived from the Cornish language phrase Marghas Yow, (Thursday Market), the name of a nearby village now absorbed into Marazion, to which Market Jew Street leads.
