A few years ago, Aberystwyth went for a whole year without any parking enforcement whatsoever. Now it is back with a vengeance, as this unfortunate motorist is about to find out in Great Darkgate Street. On the left, the town's ex-Woolworths store, now (almost inevitably) an 'everything for a pound' outlet.
