Tot Hill is the newest service area on the A34. It was built just off on the northbound carriageway between Whitchurch and Newbury, as part of the Newbury Bypass in 1996. The main facilities are the McDonald's fast food restaurant and a shell filling station. The site also contains the Newbury Travelodge and an adjoining Little Chef restaurant.
