Boclair House Hotel, Bearsden

The former East Dunbartonshire Council offices opened at Easter 2016 as a new hotel. One of the most obvious external changes to the building has been the addition of steps, and a gazebo in front of the building (compare with this image from 2013 [http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3792694]). Both of these features are probably designed to be used for photographing wedding parties!
