Located in Gorsedd Park. The Ystradgynlais History website states that the Gorsedd Stones were erected for the National Eisteddfod of Wales held in Ystradgynlais in 1954. Although the main festival was held on the rugby club fields, the Druid ceremonies which form the essential core of the tradition were held here.
