Compared with Image, the demolition of Burlington House had barely started. Now all traces of the building have been swept away, although there is still a small part of the multi-storey carpark awaiting demolition. The green hoarding has been removed along Dolphin Lane and erected at the bottom of Dolphin Passage and also used to block pedestrian access from St James Lane.
