Designed by architect John C Hay of Edinburgh and built 1889 for "the Trustees of Oban Lodge Commercial No.180 of Freemasons", this 2-storey, 3-bay symmetrical terraced building has shops on the ground floor, while the first floor houses the local Masonic Hall. Various Masonic symbols can be seen above the first floor windows. Category B listed.
