This building was a cinema: 'Premier Pictures'. It was almost certainly the Premier Printing Works (Paddock Head) later, as the 'KS' at the end of the hidden lettering could be part of 'WORKS' and the name 'Premier' has been carried through to the present Cash and carry business.
