The three cranes in the foreground are at Inchgreen dry dock, the three cranes in the distance are at Greenock Ocean Terminal where a container ship is berthed. The Great Harbour is on the right and part of James Watt Dock and the sugar sheds can be seen on the left. Kilcreggan on the Rosneath Peninsula is in the right distance, Blairmore and Strone on Loch Long are behind the Ocean Terminal cranes. Viewed from the top of Selkirk Road.
