Disused waterwheels, Titchfield Mill

Titchfield Mill is now a "Vintage Inn" pub (their website http://www.vintageinn.co.uk/content/vintage-inn/en/restaurants/south-east/thetitchfieldmillfareham ) but was a water mill dating back to 1779 though the present building is thought to date from the early C19th. It is EH Grade II listed https://www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1230965 Its two large waterwheels are still in situ (seen here) but sadly no longer turn - judging by the power of the River Meon flowing past, they are missing a trick as these wheels could now provide a substantial amount of hydroelectric energy I would have thought.
