The way into Fishguard from the north: the square at the town centre lies straight ahead. Catering rather than retail outlets are located here; the Globe sign seen in this image has gone however as the pub has been replaced by a restaurant. The blue house, left, has an original bow window, while the stone cottage, right, still possesses a sailmaker's loft.
