11a Mostyn Street is Pebble Fish & Chip Restaurant occupying the ground floor of a building dated 1896. 13 Mostyn Street above Pebble's was formerly a restaurant and wine bar but is currently for sale or to let. 15 Mostyn Street is occupied by a charity shop for Barnardo's. 17 Mostyn Street is The King's Arms which dates from 1898.
