Leeds and Liverpool Canal Towpath at Netherton

In past times, access to the towpath and the canal here was restricted by high fences. Now people are encouraged to use the towpath and the canal is regarded as a community facility. This view is looking east from bridge#6 (Netherton Swingbridge).
