Located here. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4749468 The inscription records that the statue was returned to the town centre (as it then was) in May 1992 and a time capsule was buried in the plinth by the 1991-1992 mayor, Councillor Harry Williams. The relocated statue was unveiled by the 1992-1993 mayor, Councillor Alan Perry.
