Train next to the Fossdyke Canal

The canal is eleven and a quarter miles long. It runs south east from the River Trent at Torksey Junction to the city of Lincoln. On the left is the Fossdyke Canal Trail, it runs from Lincoln to Saxilby a distance of about 6 miles, it was opened in July 2011. There are plans to extend the trail to Torksey.
