After a pleasant walk from Llannon I was looking forward to a nice pint at The Black Lion. Unfortunately it was not to be. The pub had experienced a power cut and wasn't open. Oh well, a chance to sit in the very pleasant early-May sunshine and wait for the next bus to Aberystwyth!
