Statue by Chelsea Old Church

"The Awakening" is in a small Thames-side garden just west of the church. Chelsea Old Church stands on a site used since the 13th Century at least and was the parish church of the village of Chelsea. It was largely restored after severe WW2 damage and now serves its surrounding up-market area.
