Two names are on the office at 25 Bridge Street in early May 2016: C J Hole and Martin & Co. The South Wales Argus reported the previous month that the name CJ Hole is well-known in the West Country and the South West of England but the brand is a new arrival on the Newport property scene. The new CJ Hole office is a sister business to Martin & Co lettings business. The owners of Martin & Co Newport have brought the CJ Hole brand to Newport to increase their share in the sales market, as it is well-known as a sales specialist.
