A narrowboat and its steerer using the space provided by the Monument Road Basin to turn the vessel around on the Birmingham Canal just before Monument Road Bridge, a process called 'winding', pronounced to rhyme with the wind that blows. Time photo taken 1.23 pm BST (British Summer Time).
