This is the recently built Ysgol Bro Dinefwr secondary school as seen from across the Towy river up in Dinefwr Park. The school is intended to replace two older schools - the nearby Tregib school http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3242177 and controversially the much more distant Pantycelyn school in Llandovery http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2539739 . The school has been built over the path of the long since dismantled railway line from Carmarthen to Llandeilo - which was once suggested to be reinstated as a national cycle route. See http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4925632 for a view of the same site before construction.
