New builds of houses are relatively rare in rural locations like north Buckinghamshire, but farm sites that no longer require so much space provide an opportunity for small housing developments such as this one. Here looking south of the road from East Claydon to Padbury and Steeple Claydon, an estate agent's sign advertises the new houses that have been built at Claydon Hill Farm. Curiously there is a Claydon Hill Farm No 6, and a Claydon Hill Farm No 5 further east down Claydon Hill road.
