An eight-bay house of c1720 with rusticated doorcase (Image]). Hidden inside are fragments of C15th timber framing, and the dormers still have casements. Grade II* listed. A York Civic Trust plaque records that the building was given to them by J.W. Cameron & Co. The Trust restored it in 1969 and named the building after its founder and secretary. Now flats.
