This is the 1927 rebuild of the 1865 original chapel, set back from the east side of the street named Parc Gitto. Nasareth is the Welsh form of Nazareth. In March 2016 there are no nameboards in view. The owner of the site, Andrea Jones, informed me that the building is being converted to a house. She has been allowed to retain the name of the chapel now that it is in private hands.
