Originally built in 1805 as a manor house for a wealthy London merchant, William Skinner, Moor Hall has been greatly expanded and has had numerous different owners and occupiers since, including, in the immediate post-war years, British Gaumont's team of film cartoon animators. Since 1971 it has been the headquarters of the Chartered Institute of Marketing whose webpage, complete with a photo taken from a near-identical location, is here http://www.cim.co.uk/cim/abo/html/abohea.cfm
