The “Maze Station Hotel” beside the Moira Road Image Not listed but officially described as “Detached three-bay two-storey former hotel and public house, built c.1830”. For more information see http://appsc.doeni.gov.uk/buildings/buildview.aspx?id=16151&js=false. It’s possible that here might have been an earlier coaching inn on the site. Also known as “Lizzie Drake’s” from the family which has owned the premises for many years. Last seen in Image (November 2005).
