B-listed: http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/sc-16156-hill-of-culsh-dingwall-fordyce-monument-n#.VwVnLaT2amQ (the Historic Scotland listing seems to place it near Turriff, some 20 km away). You can actually climb to the top if you head back into New Deer village to borrow the key.
