The new homes maybe spacious and expensive but to my mind they lack privacy, have no garden to talk about and for much of the day you are in shadow from surrounding blocks. If I had £995,000 to spend I'd look elsewhere in Cambridge first. However, there's the rub, there are not enough houses to buy for those with this amount of money!
