Four properties, between Bloomdale Street and Westcott Street offered for sale and described on the agents’ website as “The subject property comprises of a block of 4 commercial properties to include 4 retail units with a mixture of office/ancillary space on the upper floors” and on the “V” board as “excellent redevelopment/investment/owner occupier opportunity”.
