On the left, Grade II Listed 13a Minster Yard now incorporates 9 Pottergate and has been converted to flats. Built around 1750 it has had late 18th and 19th century alterations. Next door, 13 was built about 1736 is Grade II* Listed again with late 18th and 19th century alterations. 13a was added as an extension to number 13 and an entrance way was added on the east side for Dr T W A Daman in 1903. The two were probably divided in 1924 following an application by the Dean and Chapter with architect R S Godfrey. Partly in view is number 14 that is Grade II Listed and also of about 1750.
