Ex "Britannia Inn". This pub was shut the last time I passed by before Christmas. The new name has been put on the front but the old sign hanging from the wall is still there. The stand-alone pub sign has been removed from its frame. The chalk board at the foot of the standalone sign states "Kitchen Open. Food Being Served From 12.00pm Wednesday 23rd March" i.e. two days ago, so only just re-opened by the look of it.
