The flats are on the far side of Warrior Square, named like the nearby Jack Cornwell Street after Jack Cornwell VC who is buried nearby at Manor Park Cemetery. He was awarded a posthumous Victoria Cross after his bravery at the Battle of Jutland - see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack_Cornwell
