A former joinery workshop, at 71-73 Grand Street, currently vacant and offered to let. Described by the agents as “The building comprises of workshops/stores totalling c. 14,468 sq ft together with offices, kitchen and canteen totalling c. 2,046 sq ft. Set within its' [sic] own self-contained site with an area in the region of 1.25 acres. The warehouse/workshop areas are split into separate sections providing dedicated space for individual processes, if required, as each area of the workshops enjoys access from the adjacent hardstanding site area.”.
