This little village church can trace its history back quite some way. There has been a Christian place of worship here since 1102, although this church is a little newer. The church was once under the auspices of the powerful Tewkesbury Abbey; passing Benedictine monks would stay here whilst en route to Glastonbury for pilgrimage.
