Located near the corner of Mansel Street and Christopher Street, the sign is in the elegant Carmarthenshire style. The heraldic arms and crest emblem of Carmarthenshire County Council is on the left. The Welsh motto is Rhyddid Gwerin Ffyniant Gwlad (A Free People, A Prosperous Country).
