Compared with Image, number 33 has been demolished and the estate agents Miles & Barr http://www.milesandbarr.co.uk/ have erected two for sale boards. Planning permission was granted by Thanet District Council under application number F/TH/13/0254 for an “application for the extension of time of planning permission F/TH/10/0221 for the erection of a four storey building to accommodate five self-contained 1 bed flats and three 2 bed maisonettes, following the demolition of the existing building”.
