This piece appeared during the Queen's Diamond Jubilee in 2012 and is thought to have been the work of the Artist Banksy. Originally the child on the left was seen to be hoisting a cheap plastic Union Flag. It has never been authenticated by the Artist who is generally reluctant to do so anyway in case it is removed or defaced. The work has been covered with perspex.
