This cottage has been modernised more than once. The original upper storey has been squared off, but the outline of the previous gable can clearly be made out in the stone work. The original pitch implies a thatched roof on the original form. Then a modern rendered extension has been added to the rear, and most recently a plastic conservatory at the front
