This is looking along Pipers Way, the main road that separates residential east Thatcham from the Colthrop industrial area. Agricola way is off to the left and is a street of recent housing. An unusual street name, Agricola was a Roman general who conquered much of Britain in the 1st century. I don't know if that's relevant here or not.
