Planning permission has been granted by Dover District Council under application number 17/00704 for the “change of use and conversion into 9 self contained flats (5 x 2 bed and 4 x 1 bed)”. The church has been deconsecrated. Below the name of the church, Clive Emson, land and property auctioneers, have affixed an auction board. The building was subsequently sold at auction for £135,000 in February 2016 http://www.cliveemson.co.uk/index.php/properties/183/ To the right of the church, progress is being made to the Image Planning permission has been granted by Dover District Council under application number DOV/13/00790 for “alterations to existing shop fronts and erection of a first floor extension to form a guest room and associated external alterations”.
