Old 18th Century Vicarage of the old St Matthews Church Chapel Allerton. This property, (back view) is at the side of the Vicarage and seems to have been around just as long as it is on the 1850's OS Map of the area although the old Church was demolished in 1935. Nowadays Ivy House is part of a residential complex and is divided into apartments.
