The condition of the Victorian former lodge to Firbeck Hall had not changed much in three years (Image]). Grade II listed. Since this photo it has apparently been renovated for occupation. The recent history of the big house has been fraught. In 2014, there were plans to convert the house into flats and develop some of the grounds, a so-called enabling development.
