Located on the gate here, http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4834006 the notice states (with an idiosyncratic use of initial capitals) Motorised Vehicles including Mini Motorcycles and Pedal Bicycles of any kind are prohibited on the Sports field and the Johnston Wooded Amenity Area. Anyone found ignoring this Order will be dealt with using the full force of the law, and will be charged for any damaged caused. By Order Johnston Community Council.
