Beyond the bridge (No 69) is Adderley Top Lock. There are five locks in the Adderley flight. There is often a queue of boats here at the top of the Adderley Locks. That is very convenient for the local farmer who has a small shop by the top lock, selling local fresh meat, home made sausages and pork pies, cakes etc. (Very tasty too!)
