This terrace and its partner across the road (Image]) offer the only respite from the otherwise grim buildings offered up by London Road between the Elephant and St George's Circus. These have the familiar early C19th motif of first-floor blind arches. Grade II listed. Being renovated at the time by London South Bank University, responsible for much of the aforementioned grimness.
