Taken from the point where the Gloucestershire Way makes its descent of the Cotswold scarp towards Shurdington. Here we see the view west towards Gloucester. Churchdown Hill is right of centre and the top of May Hill appears suspended above some temperature-inversion mist glimpsed just to the right of the tree.
