Children play on the gravel beach beside the sluice at Snow Hill to the west of West Wittering. The water to the left is in the tidal Snowhill Creek seen here near to high tide. Curving northwards is the shore alongside the Roman Landing area of West Wittering which has some particularly charming houses which look out over the creek. The pathway over the sluice here is part of the New Lipchis Way LDP, not far from its start (or end) at East Head.
