Disused commercial property

A curious group of buildings close to Spennymoor which have clearly been abandoned despite their modern appearance. The road access to them is fenced and notices tell of 24 hour security patrols but the fencing is incomplete and easily bypassed so that they can be accessed. Inevitably, despite being away from habitation, they have suffered vandalism but it appears to be superficial; they could surely, easily be brought back into use.
