A Chinese restaurant towards the Shaftesbury Square end of the Dublin Road – one of a number of ethnic restaurants locally. Going back 40 (or so) years to the days when the bombing campaign was going strong and the Dublin Road was in a state of semi dereliction it’s now hard to believe the street was famous for a number of “massage parlours” which openly advertised their services in one of the morning newspapers. This photograph appears as a matter of record only. I have no connection with the business and there is no implication that it is, in any way, involved in the trade of 40 years ago.
